Day Camp - Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ)

Congratulations on your registration for the Hope Soccer Day Camp. In order to help you plan for a terrific week of camp, we wanted to provide you with some information about what to bring to make this an outstanding camp experience.

The Day Camp runs from 9:30 AM - 3:00 PM Monday - Friday with checking beginning at 8:45 AM on Monday morning.

Half-day camp runs from 9:30 AM - 12:00 PM Monday - Friday. Check-in begins at 8:45 AM on Monday morning.

Items to bring to camp
In order to ensure that you have a great camp experience, don’t forget to bring the following items with you:

• Soccer ball
• Shin guards
• Water bottle (additional water is provided at the field)
• Lunch (lunches can be ordered from Quiznos for $6 / day)
• Sunscreen / hat

Daily drop-off for the Hope Soccer Day Camp will take place in front of the DeVos Fieldhouse on the corner of 11th street and Fairbanks Ave. Click here to view this in Google Maps.

1. 1. What time does the 1/2 day camp start & end?
   The 1/2 day sessions run from 9:30 AM - 12:00 PM.
    
2. 2. What happens in the event of inclement weather?
   We bring the campers inside until the weather passes with safety being our #1 concern. We will get back outside as soon as the weather clears. We are prepared to have campers at camp regardless of the weather, but understand if parents would like to drop their children off later or pick them up earlier depending on the conditions. There are no make-up sessions available when our camp is disrupted by weather conditions.
