Q. How do I log back into my online account to make payment?

Q. What time does check-in begin for the Elite Camp?
A. Elite camp check-in runs from 12:30 - 2:00 PM on Sunday. Late check-ins should report to Dykstra Hall before 11 PM on Sunday or
    call our camp office (616.335.8103) to notify us of your arrival time.

Q. What time do I pick my camper up from  the Elite Camp?
A. Camp will conclude with a short ceremony at the soccer fields (11th street & Fairbanks Ave) at 11:00 on Friday. Campers
    will be dismissed from there to return to the residence halls to check-out with their team coaches. Commuters will be
    dismissed directly from the fields.

Q. How do I get to Camp?
A. The Elite Camp utilizes the Hope College residence halls, dining facilities, and athletic fields. Check-in for the Elite Camp takes
    place on the lawn in front of Phelps Hall (on the intersection of 10th street and Columbia Avenue in Holland, Michigan).

Q. What time is check-in & pick-up?
A. Check-in runs between 12:30 pm and 2:00 pm on Sunday. Pick-up is at 11:00 at the soccer fields on the corner of 12th & Fairbanks (across from the DeVos fieldhouse)

Q. When is my balance due?
A. If you register prior to July 1, you can reserve your spot with a $250 deposit. All registrations after July 1 must be paid in full at time of registration to ensure your spot is held. All balances must be paid by July 1. If you made your initial payment by credit card, your balance can be charged to the same card simply by notifying the the camp office via phone (616.335.8103) or e-mail (info@hopesoccercamp.com).

Q. I have an outstanding balance. How do I pay?
A. If you registered online, you can log back into your account and make payment online. If you paid by check originally, you can send
    the remainder of your balance to our camp office prior to June 15 or call our camp office to pay by credit card or E-Check. Our camp
    telephone number is 616.335.8103.

Q. What is the cancellation policy?
A. For the Elite Camp, all but $50 of the deposit is refundable if cancellation is made at least one-week prior to the beginning of
    camp. After that time, refunds are at the discretion of the Camp Directors. No refunds are guaranteed after camp begins.

Q. What are the Drop-off & Pick-up times Elite Camp commuters?
A. Drop-off & Pick-up times are as follows:
   Drop-off 1:00 on Sunday and 8:35 Monday - Friday
   Pick-up  9:00 PM Sunday, 9:30 PM Monday - Thursday, and 11:30 on Friday

Q. What is dorm supervision like?
A. Dorms are supervised by staff coaches and camp directors at all times when campers are not at the playing fields.
    Coaches walk with campers to and from the fields for each session daily. Campers are allowed free time in the evenings after the
    final session in the common area around the residence halls. These areas are also supervised by staff during all these times.
