How much does the Elite Camp Cost?
Q. What are the costs of the Elite Camp?
A.  The Elite Camp costs $460 / week for residential campers and $360 / week for commuters. You can select additional options during the registration process (including a Hope College soccer ball or a Hope College soccer jersey).

Q. What is the difference between the Residential & Commuter camps?
A. Residential camp includes housing and all meals (Sunday dinner through Friday breakfast). The commuter fee includes all activities, but does not include housing. Commuters are provided with lunch and dinner meals daily. Breakfast is not included for commuters.

Q. I have an outstanding balance. How do I pay?
A. If you registered online, you can log back into your account and make payment online. If you paid by check originally, you can send the remainder of your balance to our camp office prior to June 15 or call our camp office to pay by credit card or E-Check. Our camp telephone number is 616.335.8103.

Check-in & Check-out Times
Q. What time does check-in begin for the Elite Camp?
A. Elite camp check-in runs from 12:30 - 2:00 PM on Sunday. Late check-ins should report to Dykstra Hall.

Q. What time do I pick my camper up from  the Elite Camp?
A. Camp will conclude with a short ceremony at the soccer fields (11th street & Fairbanks Ave) at 11:00 on Friday. Campers
    will be dismissed from there to return to the residence halls to check-out with their team coaches. Commuters will be
    dismissed directly from the fields.

Q. What are the Drop-off & Pick-up times Elite Camp commuters?
A. Drop-off & Pick-up times are as follows:
   Drop-off 1:00 on Sunday and 8:45 Monday - Friday
   Pick-up  9:00 PM Sunday, 9:30 PM Monday - Thursday, and 11:30 on Friday

What is the cancellation policy?
Q. What is the cancellation policy?
A. For the Elite Camp, all but $50 of the deposit is refundable if cancellation is made at least one-week prior to the beginning of camp.
 

How are campers supervised?
Q. What is dorm supervision like?
A. Dorms are supervised by staff coaches and camp directors at all times when campers are not at the playing fields. Coaches walk with campers to and from the fields for each session daily. Campers are allowed free time in the evenings after the final session in the common area around the residence halls. These areas are also supervised by staff during all these times.
